"This video represents my time at Surf Synergy in 2023. I attended a holistic retreat for a quantum facelift certification course. It was a life changing experience. Afterwards, my goal was to host a retreat here that will be a true healing experience.
Transformational connection back to our bodies, breath, and intuitive voice. Learning ways we can move energy in our own bodies with awareness and intention. My holistic journey and experience has lead me here to this moment. After battling years of abuse, chronic cystic acne, alcohol and drug addiction, digestive disorders, chronic depression and escapism, subclinical hypothyroidism, grief and loss, broken bones, broken hearts, postpartum depression, stroke, despair and loneliness, low self-worth and esteem, abandonment and victim mentality.......
